At A Private Home, Dubai: Mina + Shean's Henna - Part I

This Bollywood night dignifies humanity and shows what true global love is, as this humble Austrian - British couple celebrate their henna night in a pot-roast of multi-cultural traditions! If I haven't introduced you to them yet, meet these two lovebirds here. 

However today I am writing about their henna day: 

Off on the outskirts of Dubai, was set a beautiful Middle Eastern/Punjabi hen-do one could ever lay eyes on. In this private house, details were made precise, brightly colored drapes were hung from chandeliers, wicker baskets filled with henna essentials, bindis, sweets, were placed at the entrance. 

Outside the grand hall waits her royal carriage, the Desi-favorite rickshaw, adorned with art, just how it is supposed to be. 

You’ve got the perfect setting.

Now what? You dress the part. Mina, our gorgeous bride, wore only what is best fit for a princess, which is a pink lahenga that glimmers more than the starry sky. A princess surrounds herself only with her loyal subjects. So she got exactly that! Mina's friends and family traveled from all over the world to come and see her! Oh, how everybody wished the night would not end.

And when the friends come from all around the world, we must jump around in the backyard!
